Greetings!!

 I need to purchase a Taghim license key.

 ut problem is that our website in development stage and is currently running on an IP and is not going to be launched on live site till January Last week.

So can we get a license on our temporary IP/domain until we are ready to switch it over ? and can we switch it over to our main domain without extra cost ?

Do you provide any testing license for development stage.

The possibility of development license is exists. You just need to enter IP address while purchasing software.. This is only aplicable if you have unic IP adress. The IP like 192.168.0.1 and 128.0.0.1 is not valid.
When you ready to switch to domain that you have to contact us we will activate domain for you.
